by and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in hong kong, had much fun. our triple room was cheap with 2 extra large beds and shower as advertised. the hotel had a central setting near shopping street. the staff was affable and we would happily return.

The single room was cheap and neat. Having a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators was a huge plus. the location was absolutely perfect and comfortable, just a short stroll away from a large medieval baptistery.

We had a great experience staying at New Yan Yan Guest House Reception on the 9th Floor Flat E4 E6. the room was small but clean, and the staff, especially Mr Malik and the Indonesian girl, were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel at home during our stay. He greeted us with a big smile and even showed us to our room, making sure everything was in working order.
